To add or delete POP boxes, use Mail Manager found in your Control Panel You redirect by editing the address, un-forwarding to the POP box (which deletes it if that's the only reference to it) and forwarding to whatever address you desire.

19. How do I Password Protected Directories?
Password-protected directories can be created and managed through your Control Panel. From the Control Panel, select your domain name, then select "Directories", then "Password Protect Directories". Click the icon labeled Add New Directory. add the name of the directory that you would like to protect. Add an Header Text value such as "Restricted Area" or "Protected Site". Then add the username and password that will have access to this area.

20. How do I register my site with Search Engines?

There are several options you can choose when registering your site.

We have automated the search submission process for our hosted customers. Every domain hosted on our servers automatically gets submitted once a month at no additional costs to our customers.

Go to each of the major search engines' web sites (Yahoo, Alta Vista, Lycos, Excite, etc) and follow their instructions for submitting your URL for inclusion (URL=domain name=site). This can take up to 4 weeks for your site to be included depending on the style of search engine (directory vs. spider).

Another option is to go to a site registering web site such as Submit It! or Register It! and become a subscriber/member. Both offer similar services for similar money. A general rule of thumb: If some one or some company/software promises you a top ten listing, go the other way/save your money.

Visit the Open Directory Project (OPD). This site is one of the internets best kept secrets. Located at http://www.dmoz.org, the Open Directory is THE definitive categorical listing of what's what on the web. It really pays to spend a little time on this site adding your URL to the various categories.

You should also have your site html primed to be as receptive to the search engines as possible; this includes the use of meta tags and good page titles. It's also crucial to have the proper text on your page, which matches the keywords you want to associate with your site. If you want to be found in an internet search for "boats" you had better use the word "boats" several times throughout your page.

21. How do I set permissions inside my cgi-bin?
If your script is getting an internal server error you probably don't have to right permissions set for your script. Use your FTP program or SSH/Telnet into your cgi-bin directory and do the following: chmod o+x file.name This will give universal execute permissions for that file.

22. How is my customer information stored?
We understand that making a purchase online involves a great deal of trust on your part. We take this trust very seriously, and make it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information you provide. WebUX uses industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to transport information directly to our banking institution with every credit card transaction.

Furthermore, and this is very important, no customer information of any type (especially credit card information) is stored on any WebUX server which also serves web pages or has an unsecured connection to the public internet.
